Jakarta (ANTARA News) - A 16-year-old Indonesian girl has died of bird flu, taking the country's confirmed human death toll from the virus to 96, a health ministry official said

Officials, joined by law enforcers including Rab, cordoned about two-kilometre area in Barisal city Monday night, caught about 10,000 fowls from houses and small farms and culled them after detection of bird flu in two indigenous dead hens.
